"My nephew Eric Michael Hendricks was killed in December 2006. He was just 17 years old. ...I remember asking Pastor Hill if we were able to have a drive-by prayer vigil on the one year anniversary (December 2007) of Eric's death. Without hesitation Pastor Hill agreed to do the vigil...the temperature was in the teens or single digits. I remember Pastor Hill saying, 'If I have to go by myself, the vigils will happen. No matter what the weather.' I then made up my mind to press my way through and attend the vigil...I will never forget that day. Praise God for Pastor Hill, Lady Carol and the entire Healing Streams Family"
